Services

KCTemplates.org offers two categories of services. 

The first category is our free template offering.  Included with all templates are the buttons, graphics, logos, photos, mastheads and, in some cases, flash presentations that you see on the templates themselves.  In addition to what is included with the website template itself, we will, at your request, provide free assistance to you to modify the included graphics, Council and 4th Degree Assembly logos, and the text in the included menus and buttons to accommodate the needs of your Council or 4th Degree Assembly.  Just click on the Contact Us link to the left or send us an e-mail at: contactus@kctemplates.org.  Be sure to include your name and a daytime phone number along with the specifics of your request. 

Our second category of services includes template customization, website design, website hosting, domain name management services, technical and usage support.  We offer these services at very reasonable rates for member Councils of the Knights of Columbus.  Our fee schedule is shown below:

A basic website hosting package is priced at $225.00 per year.  This package includes the following:

• A website design based on a template of your choice from KCTemplates.org.
• Modification of the included logos to reflect your Council's information such as Council number and/or Council name.
• Modification of the included pages to reflect your Council's information such as Council officers, phone numbers, addresses, etc...
• Modification of the text on the included buttons to meet the needs of your Council. 
• An online calendar so that you can keep your membership updated on current and future events.
• An online "Contact Us" form for visitors to fill out which will be automatically e-mailed to the e-mail address of your choice.
• Domain name management services for your Council domain name including domain name purchase and registration for an available domain name.
• Hosting of your Council website on a secure, managed webserver for 1 year. 
• Consultation time to get all of the above completed. 
• Priority technical support and usage support.

KCTemplates.org also offers individual services and support which are priced as shown below:

• Annual webhosting (hosting only) -- $145.00 per year. 
• Annual domain name service (domain registration and renewal service only) -- $15.00 per year.
• Technical and usage support beyond the services specifically included with the free template -- $25.00 per hour.  There is a 1 hour minimum charge for a single incident.
• Substantial template customization, custom website design, logo, button or other graphics design above and beyond the services included  in the free template offering -- $25.00 per hour. There is a 1 hour minimum charge for any customization or design work beyond what is specified in the free template offering above. 

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.  Payment methods accepted include PayPal, US Postal Money Order, and Council checks.  Credit Card payments are accepted through PayPal only which helps to keep both our costs and our prices down.
